the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK supervisory
authority for data protection issues (www.ico.org.uk ). You can ask us for details
of any information we hold about you and if you think it is wrong, or incomplete,
please contact us and we will change it.
Inside Outsider Publications collects information required to fulfil our contracts
with you. This is what you supply on your sales invoice:

Your email address
Your
postal address
The amount you paid and what you bought.
Bitcoin purchases information collected is:
Your email address
The country you are
buying from (We have to know this for VAT purposes)
How much you paid and what you
bought.
We have to keep these records because of our legal obligation to our Tax Authority
(HMRC, UK).
How long for? Six years from the end of the last company financial year
they relate to, or longer if they show a transaction that covers more than one of
the company’s account periods.
What happens then? They are destroyed.
Incidentally, if you email us, we keep the emails for as long as seems reasonable...unless
you state that you want them destroyed straight away.
